1. Scope of this Policy

This DMCA Policy applies to the website https://privonex.com (the “Website”) and all services provided by Nath Network & Telecom Inc. under the Privonex VPN brand (the “Service”). To facilitate service operations and regulatory compliance, we collect the following user information:

  • Name
  • Address

  • Your physical or electronic signature;
  • Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification;
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in the Southern District of New York, if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

Counter-notifications should be sent to our DMCA Agent listed above.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with Section 512(i)(1)(A) of the DMCA, we maintain a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users who are repeat infringers. A user will be deemed a repeat infringer if we receive more than one valid takedown notice regarding that user. We may also limit access or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for infringing activity, even if the activity is not subject to multiple DMCA notifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

As a VPN service provider, Nath Network & Telecom Inc. limits its responsibility in the following ways:

  • We operate solely as a passive conduit for encrypted internet traffic and do not host, store, monitor, or inspect the content transmitted by users of the Privonex VPN service.
  • We are not responsible for any actions, content, or data transmitted, accessed, or shared by users while connected to our services.
  • We reserve the right to dispute or reject any DMCA takedown notice that is overreaching, non-compliant, or not applicable to our infrastructure or legal obligations.

8. Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to modify, update, or terminate this DMCA Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised DMCA Policy on our Website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
